⏱️ How long does it take to process my order?
We usually process orders within 4–10 business days. Some items are made to order, and sewing takes around 7 days depending on our current workload.
If you need your order sooner, just let us know – we’ll do our best to make sure your gift arrives in time for a birthday, wedding, or special occasion.

📦 When will my package arrive?
– Slovakia: 1–3 business days
– Czech Republic: 3–5 business days
– International: around 5–14 business days, depending on your location

🌍 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across the EU, to the United Kingdom, and the USA.

💳How can I pay?
You can pay comfortably in the way that suits you best – by bank transfer, card via GoPay, or using Google/Apple Pay.
If you're ordering internationally, we recommend card payment – your bank will automatically convert the amount to your local currency.

🎁Do you offer gift packaging?
We currently offer a selection of gift sets. We're happy to personalize them for you – just get in touch.

✂️Do you offer custom-made products?
Yes – we can adjust sizes or add embroidery. Send us a message and we’ll find the best solution together.

🧵What are your products made from?
All our products are made from our own jacquard-woven fabrics, using a balanced blend of linen and cotton.
We design the patterns ourselves, and the fabrics are woven with precision on jacquard looms.

🧺How should I care for your products?
To ensure the longest life, please follow the care instructions on each item’s label.
Tea towels can be washed at 60 °C, pillowcases and table linens at 40 °C, oven mitts and pot holders by hand or at 30 °C on a gentle cycle.
Air dry, do not bleach, do not dry clean. Iron if needed using the linen setting.
Before first use, we recommend washing at 30 °C with an eco-friendly detergent to remove any fine weaving dust.

🌱Our approach to sustainability
We sew locally and in small batches – not because it's trendy, but because it feels right.
We give new life to fabric pieces that would otherwise be left aside, turning them into smaller items with their own story.
We collaborate with a sheltered workshop and pay close attention to every piece we create – so it can find its place and purpose.

Will I need to pay customs or VAT when ordering from abroad?

🇺🇸 United States
Orders under $800 USD are not subject to customs duties.
Most of our orders stay well below this limit, so additional fees are very unlikely.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom
Orders under £135 are free from customs duty.
However, UK VAT (20%) and a small courier handling fee (usually £8–12) may be charged upon delivery.
These fees are collected directly by the delivery provider (e.g. Royal Mail, ParcelForce).
